Today is my birthday! Thanks for everyone who has wished me happy birthday. To celebrate this day I have collected my travel photos from Tokyo (yes I finally found my lost photos…) and want to share them with you. This will be my first photo diary but definitely not the last.
All photos are taken by beginner photographer using her phone so I am sorry if some of the pics are not so good. I hope you enjoy my travels!
So there was all the photos! If you want to see some more adventures from Japan check out these food post I have made: Sweets in Japan
Have you ever visited Japan or planned to go there? Making this post has made me miss the city so much… Maybe I should start to plan my second trip there. (Or maybe not because so many places I want to see!)
There was all for today. I hope you are having amazing weekend. With love,
Im Japanese &living in Tokyo I often see the place, but I look there more beautiful many times than usual。+.゚.( °∀°)゚+.゚。 Thank you for giving me the impression!!
Great photos! I really loved Tokyo too – so many interesting corners. That place you couldn’t find is Yanaka, you get there from Nippori station. It was my favourite part of Tokyo I think. (I have some photos and general love for it in a Tokyo post I did a while back, yours is better though I think – love the light and all the bustle of people.)
I checked out your posts about Tokyo and really loved them! I think your is better than mine, I loved the sky in your Yanaka photo. Thanks for telling me the name so now when I visit Tokyo in future I will find the place again 🙂
Different time of year I guess? Moody autumn skies are pretty, but the low light makes getting detail in the foreground hard. I wish I knew more about photography. One day!
I am so glad that you describe Tokyo as `beautiful’. I totally agree. I lived in Tokyo in the mid-1980’s and have been back several times with me wife. It’s not a classically beautiful city because the Japanese build most buildings to be functional. But there are pockets of EXTREME beauty. So beautifully tranquil that you want cry. That said, I even find the ugly parts of Tokyo to be beautiful…
I know what you are meaning. There is a lot of beautiful places in Tokyo but there is also the not beautiful places. But I think as whole Tokyo is charming and photogenic place. Thanks for commenting 🙂
It’s really popular in Finland and the Ricky Rapper (in Finnish Risto Räppääjä) has 15 book and 6 movies. But I don’t really know if those are in English… Thank you for commenting 🙂
Wowww..it looks like you have a nice neighbourhood. Like all of the random pictures of Tokyo. I know some Kpop! And… Happy birthday! Wish you all the best and happiness! *cake with candles* 🙂
Amazing Phontos 😄 camera are sometimes overrated, with great framing and lighting (which you have) you can produce beautiful work too 😄 where do you plan to go next?
After a week I’m going to Stockholm by cruise with my family. And after that I don’t yet have plans because all depends if I get in/even want to go University. 🙂 And I agree with phone you can get amazing photos too!
Thank you! Iphone camera is surprisingly good at taking photos. They had Starbucks everywhere in Japan. And I visited them often because we don’t have Starbucks here in Finland and the free wifi in them was fast 🙂
